University Mail & Campus Directory

Q. How can I ship a package to my student who lives on campus?
A. You must know your student’s mailbox number in order to mail packages to your student. Your student will receive an email message to pick up the package when it arrives. Please use the following format to ensure proper delivery of all items to students living on campus:
Student Name Example: John Q. Student
Mailbox # UNCG Station #475 UNCG Station
Greensboro, NC 27413 Greensboro, NC 27413

Q. How do I find my student’s on-campus address or phone number?
A. You can find your student’s campus address and/or phone number by searching UNCG’s online campus directory search. Simply type in your student’s name and his/her information will appear. You can access the directory through this link: https://banweb.uncg.edu/prod/hwzkwdrs.p_get.
